Our Solution

We mapped the full trial journey, identified the single activation event that correlated with paid conversion, and built a 7-email onboarding sequence that drove every new user to that event within 48 hours. We layered in in-app tooltips and a progress checklist. A lead-scoring model flagged high-intent trial users for same-day outreach from the sales team.
