Refund Policy

Taskscriber operates on a subscription-based service model.


1. General Policy

All payments are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.


2. Subscription Billing

  • Charges are billed in advance
  • No refunds for partially used billing periods


3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

  • No work has been initiated
  • A duplicate payment occurred
  • Billing error is confirmed


4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel anytime before renewal
  • Cancellation prevents future charges only


5. Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage contacting us before initiating a Stripe dispute.


6. Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Permanent account restriction
