The Problem
Ember & Oak operated three premium restaurants and a private dining room, but their digital presence was fragmented across three separate websites, none of which were mobile-optimised. Online reservations were minimal — most bookings still came via phone. The private events calendar was perpetually half-empty, representing significant lost revenue.
Our Solution
We consolidated the three restaurant sites into a unified brand hub with individual location pages, each with an integrated online reservation widget. A dedicated private events landing page with a booking enquiry form and photo gallery was supported by Meta and Google Display campaigns targeting local professionals and event planners. An email list built from reservation data was used for seasonal promotions and event announcements.
